REVIEWS
It was a very enjoyable and relaxing drawing class. Brennah was a wonderful instructor who made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We began by drawing a few gestures which was perfect. Anyone who is interested in drawing would benefit from taking this class.

Medium- black and white charcoal pencil and vine charcoal on 8x12 in white paper. I made this drawing for this professor at my school, whom I walked past the same time everyday leaving my studio classes and one day he asked if I had any artworks in my portfolio that he may like and could buy. I did not have any Afrocentric style, so of course I offered to make one! After doing some research and development over my Christmas break on what is Afrocentric art, I decided a beautiful woman with a

This was my first attempt at scraperboard and I was trying to create a picture with dramatic lighting that would make the most of the medium. As it turned out, a lot of the board was left black and untouched to represent the shadows, so it was easier than I thought!

We visited Inis Meain off the west coast of Ireland in 2017 and this cow was just down the road from the hotel where we were staying, so I just had to paint it! This image was painted with Acrylic inks on illustration board.

A friend asked me to create a painting for her to give to her sister as wedding gift. She sent me some some ideas of colour pallettes she liked and I used a photo I had taken of the landscape in Oxfordshire as inspiration. I painted the whole canvas bright pink first and let it dry and then painted on top.

I painted this as a memorial portrait for my friends, Delyn and Elizabeth Christian, originally from Columbus and now living in Tennessee. Delyn has been very active in the Columbus music scene for years and even wrote a song about Katy. The following is more info about Katy's life: Katy came to Fretnot Farm in Woodbury Tennessee in July 2012. She was six months old. Her mother was a companion dog to a Veteran who served in Iraq. Katy fit right in to the five acre farm and spent each day
